handwritten signs Villa Zebra

All the way back in 2006 Gees Voorhees and I, then working together as Dutch Dolls, created an interactive installation in children’s museum Villa Zebra in Rotterdam (NL). We built a hospital where kids could put together their own life-sized dolls by linking fabric body parts with snap-fasteners. More body parts were added in 2011 with the help of Renée Reijnders. The installation is still in use today and moved to a different part of the museum in 2021. I was asked to create some hand-written signs/speech bubbles to decorate the windows of this new space.
