There is a desk space available in my new studio!
Unfortunately we had to leave our old place near London Fields because it was being turned into… you’ve guessed it: flats. But we found a new sudio space in a converted warehouse near Hackney Downs and we all moved into two weeks ago. You’ll be sharing with me and seven other illustrators: Jenni Sparks, Alice Pattullo, Tom Jay, Simon Brader, David Tulo Graham and Oli Frape.
The studio is right next the park, where we often hang out after work or have lunch (weather permitting). There are lots of artists and small businesses in the building and direct area (we’re next to costume designers, photographers, a hairdresser and a micro gin distillery). Hackney Downs Studios is just around the corner, so is the lovely The Russet cafe.
Rent is £137 a month (plus a few bob quarterly for utilities). 24/7 access. You might want to bring a more comfy chair. Please spread the word and get in touch if interested!
