A desk space has become available at my studio, right next to me! I’m on the third floor of The Print House, part of Bootstrap Company, a social enterprise founded in 1977 that supports charities and small creative businesses. It’s a big open plan office in the heart of Dalston, East London, with friendly people working in design, music, film and events.
It offers 24/7 access, an amazing roof garden, a little cafe on the first floor and secure bike parking. The location is fantastic: overground stations Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction are literally a 2-minute walk away. Downstairs there’s the Arcola Theatre and the world famous new music venue Cafe Oto. I love coming out of the studio at the end of the day and hear the musicians sound checking, making the weirdest sounds! Ridley Road Market is just a stone’s throw away, if you want to stock up on cheap fruit and veg, or just want to escape the studio for what feels like a short tropical holiday.

It would be great if another illustrator or (graphic) designer could join us, but other creatives are welcome as well, as long as you don’t need to be on the phone all day or require a massive amount of storage space.
